What has you distracted?

Sharing what can so easily become a hindrance and in many ways, an obstacle.

I like to look-up definitions on words, with most words, we may know what they mean, the general idea.  When you look up the definition, at times it will pinpoint and describe a current situation.  

In my situation, having the heart of an artist, something within wants to be shared, expressed and for those who have traveled a distance knows, it is always with the intent of Making Gratitude Contagious.  Exercising, Exercising my, your, our Focus on what really matters. Daily.

What has you distracted?

You can be Focused on something, you can be in the zone with an Intent to complete something and it is "subtle thing" that can create a "distraction" and you are off in another direction.  It can be a thought, it can be a thing, it is a distraction.

Distraction Defined:  
A Thing that "prevents" from giving full attention to something else.

Extreme agitation of the mind or emotions.

Those two definitions are an arrow, they zoom right in on what it means to be Focused on something that matters, that is a good place, a place of intent.  Then a "distraction"

What has you distracted?

The gift is being "aware", it is being "alert" to those subtle things that creep in and take your day in a whole different direction.  You don't know what you don't know, but when you learn, or become aware, you add it to your "Exercise" of being Focused on "What Really Matters"
