It is a "heart buffet" to allow your heart to sample, consider From a Heart who is not guessing Sharing from one who knows "firsthand" Gratitude allows you to Rob Regret Dear Friend, Please "hear this heart" It is not a "pass" from what life delivers... Moments that will bring Grief, Tears, Challenging Moments But It will allow “in the process” of Healing to not be left with Regret For the Hearts... Who are suffering present day “with regret” The next step is to get the Help your heart needs Don't live with what you can't change.... Please, Do the work to live releasing those things The work with help if that is what is needed Not tomorrow…Today Gratitude is NOT an "Either-Or

Be On Alert…There is a “terrorist” on the prowl
Heart Sharing for “awareness”
There is a “terrorist” that prowls around looking to build on the fears that are usually heart associated with “what if this or what if that…” The alert is showing that the Terrorist’s “covert operation” is focused on “our thoughts” Please be on notice, this is not a small thing to “heart share” When you go through a Tragic, Dark moment When you have or are currently walking through a challenging time When plans or a blueprint has been torn up for the road ahead These are covert operations of this prowler Why?! First…allow this heart to be clear Not Sharing answers Sharing a Perspective There are “familiar” sounds, memories of when something happened in our life, along the road traveled and this includes the story of someone else that we may know, it creates vulnerability, it allows familiar things to create a present-day story, a potential story…that has no foundation “but” is very familiar to the road behind us. And The Thought Terrorist knows… With these “familiarities” The heart will wrestle with…what if this is what if that?! The hope will be battling will this time be different The question persists can this happen like the last time… The Heart’s Peace within is trying very hard to maintain

This is not leading to Answers From a Heart that leans on and exercises daily on Faith This Heart’s Faith is not dependent on religious rituals This Heart exercise from the “familiar relationship” of my Creator This Heart draws from that time before When How God walked me through difficult places Reminds me that this heart can’t see over the Mountain This Heart does not know the “full plan” of where puzzling pieces are being placed. Firsthand experience of Peace beyond knowing how to share it Experience of God’s Grace and Mercy that words That words can’t really express Not sharing to convince or to persuade Sharing what this Heart Exercises daily The Focus creates the View This share is not about being Easy And It is not centered on being Hard

It is sharing The Exercise of what we choose to Focus on Focus determines our view Focus can build upon Peace within Or Focus can allow our thoughts to Race with Fear Your Focus My Focus Our Focus that “we choose daily” matters It is what reminds, builds upon, and allows us to View the day before us Including the Hopeful Road Ahead Focus allows us to appreciate, to be grateful for what we have And Just to remain in that place, exercising being grateful The Focus will determine the View This Heart has not mastered things shared Dear Friend, that is why it is a reminder for the Heart Focus Matters Exercising Gratitude Matters This Thought Terrorist is prowling around to steal our peace, to overwhelm our thoughts But In Those Moments If we’ve been exercising Our Reflex will go into overdrive And We will draw on ‘what matters’ Instead of the rabbit hole of being focused on “what if..” We choose our Focus We continue our Daily Exercise Choosing “what really matters” We all are given a daily choice To choose to Worry and to Swim in the waters of Fear Or We can exercise Living Inside Out Building upon our Peace Exercise that becomes our reflex The only Result from the View of what this Heart Can see Is that whatever is on the Road before Me…will be there But This Heart draws on the “relationship” my Creator has Shown Me This is a Walk A Relationship And Every Single Day This Heart Chooses the View of “what really heart matters’ This Heart has decided That the choice made will Will show up in Every Conversation Will show up in Every Action This Heart will choose To Dance To Laugh To Love For Every God-Given Moment afforded to this Heart Moments Matter Gratitude Matters From a Heart that Knows Every Moment offers “each of us” an opportunity to… To Embrace It To Make Every Moment Count

Sharing A Heart Perspective From this Heart… The Secret I’ve located Is to choose to take the Reigns and “Make Every Moment Matter” When not If Anxiety, Anger, Irritation, or Frustration “knock” Take a Pause Get Your Oxygen… Then Continue Forward Don’t allow the Terrorist to “steal your focus” Adding Such Pressure That you join in the party of ‘terrorizing” even those who surround your life In closing, Dear Heart, Please Remember, this Heart doesn’t share answers This Heart “just knows” That life can change “In An Instant” A Heart exercise, that chooses to do something with that information And My Heart just hopes that ‘your heart’ Can Become Aware, become alert to this Truth From a Heart that knows Firsthand And Works every single day “exercising Gratitude" Whether ‘easy or not’ I promise you… Gratitude Robs Regret
