Are You a Cave Dweller?
A Question that makes this Heart consider, what does a Cave Dweller represent?!
From My View on this Topic, Cave Dwellers, are those who always view the dark side of things, they are always embracing doom and gloom. They always complain or dwell on the same something for long periods. Negativity is the fuel for every conversation. You share “go high” and they remind you why they are low. Cave Dwellers.
Are You a Cave Dweller?
I know that every day is not rainbows or sunshine but for this heart that’s the point.
I’m sharing that when days are cloudy, are weighted, and hope is dimly lit, when your thoughts are overwhelmed with Why?! You, I, we can intentionally make little moves, little decisions, choosing to take the air out of that weighted balloon, stepping over, walking around, and continuing forward through the land of possibilities, walking in Faith. Trusting in a Living, and Loving God, and learning more of God especially in our difficult seasons.
I’m grateful for the view of possibilities outside of the cave, the view is filled with options and is focused on living solution-oriented, including there are numerous ways that something can be addressed, identified, and or to step out and try.
The choice is taking the Emotional Reigns and deciding the Response by our Words / Actions, which is Equal to Exercising in Gratitude This Heart Doesn’t Share Easy Ways to and is Not Focused on sharing Hard or providing answers, I’m walking through Life’s Journey. This Heart has experienced Cave Dwellers and intentionally this heart does not invest “too much” time in conversations or the company of those dwellers. Are You a Cave Dweller?
For this Heart, I enjoy the calmness, and the peace within, and when exercising in this way, you can sail with the shore in sight, especially in rough waters. This is not magic, this is a heart of faith that “intentionally” exercises this way. Trust me there will be times that knock you down and weigh you down, but the exercise is to build a reflex so in those times recovery looks different than being in a dark cave.
In Closing,
From this Heart of Faith and from Exercising in Gratitude, the view becomes, that even the Dark Cave can be an adventure along life’s journey. Hugs,
