From This Heart. . . Is not about being Easy The Work Is the Exercise The Choices that we choose in every single Moment Every Single Moment that we are presented with Who promised that “tomorrow” will be the same as today? Who said that Tomorrow will allow us to make it better, or to make changes? To allow us “Time” to Talk about it, to Work it Out You can Say “I’m Sorry” or not You can Say “I Love You” or not You can decide to decide “what really matters” every single day I don’t know what happened I don’t why it happened But Confusion Frustration Irritation Anger Will never, never, never change it Did I say Never?!
The decision that we all have is "What to Do With What We Have?!"
For Those Hearts who have traveled a distance With this Heart YOU KNOW This Heart is not Sharing Answers This Heart Shares a Perspective From the Miles Traveled to Present Day From My Faith From the Tears, the Laughter, the Change that life has presented to “present day” From a Heart That Knows And Chooses To Share Every Day in Numerous Ways “Gratitude Always Robs Regret” When Life Changes When Life Changes When Life Changes Not If Not If When When When Life Changes Like a Book Filled with Many Chapters Every Day Will be another page written It will be Pages Written from many Moments By the Words By the Decisions, We Have “Decided” to Make Life will Change Many Times Life will Change Many Times And If We Can We can embrace and make the most of each day Being aware of that Exercising In That Making the Best Choices that We can We Choose To Make Decisions on What Really Matters “Every Single Day” These Words when Exercised I Promise… Will decide our Words Will decide our Actions Will decide if we add oil to a Fire Or Offer Peaceful Silence If Nothing Else We Always a Choice We Travel with Many But We Will Always Be Accountable to One Hugs, Donyale

Not What’s Missing. . .What do you do with what you have?!
This share is Inspired by my Baby Brother, of course not a baby, but the endearing words that I’ve attached to him. He currently resides in a different state located many miles away. But We touch base as often as possible For that alone, this Heart is very Grateful And During a recent check-in He mentioned that he had intended to prepare a certain meal only to find out A certain ingredient was missing for meal Plan A, Now because of that “missing item” would shift to Meal Plan B The Inspiration, the Love that filled this heart, "is the Shifting Factor" It is whatever is before us That allows us to decide what to do with it What do we do with what we have now?! My heart was instantly filled with how this fits into what I live on, what I share, what I choose to exercise in. . . The Focus The Focus The Focus The Focus is not what is missing, it is for this heart What do we do with what we have now?! Instead of FOCUSING On and Sharing with whomever is listening Always about what is missing in your life?! These words really matter to this Heart Because It represents the choice we confront every day, in every moment “Living Fully” in every moment “gifted” to us It is not waiting on that certain moment It is not determined when arriving at a certain destination It is not being stagnated or weighted by what was When Hope exists IT IS For This Heart Connected to ‘right now’ and Exercising Gratitude in What Is Right Now?! From a Heart that Knows Living Inside Out, Peace within is priceless FOCUS Is not centered on EASY FOCUS Is a CHOICE, Always a Choice This Heart Knows That the Gift is located in Right Now The Gift is located in every moment, in every opportunity To share a smile To share in Laughter with those we love Every opportunity "afforded" to us Beautiful is having a heated debate about any Topic And Not allowing that debate to end on walking away offended We don’t have to agree The gift is being able to have the conversation Without being angered or so easily offended It really is okay To Agree to Disagree and Continue Forward Life offers so many things It is the View It is the Perspective Recognizing that as we Journey Together It’s a Choice Always a Choice That while we Travel with Many Only You Only I Only We can decide the ‘choices’ that we will make We can choose to Celebrate every moment afforded to us Every Opportunity That a “Breath” offers Not What’s Missing. . . What do we do with what we have?! This heart “lived” that way This heart lives this way Choosing to Exercise in that way Not Focused on what is Easy Not concerned about what can’t be changed “this day” Intentional Living Making choices daily of the words And The actions that this heart chooses Dear Friend This is what allows our Hearts to Rob Regret Because For Some, We Know What Really Matters Every Single Day When Life Changes Not If But When It will not be centered on what’s missing Instead a Peaceful Heart that Cherishes all things Experienced Because we chose our intention daily We Exercised Gratitude Daily We Focused on What Really Matters Daily Living In What Really Matters That is What is meant when this Heart Shares From a Heart that Knows Gratitude Robs Regret Not What’s Missing… What do we do with what we have?!
