"More Than a Day"

Dear Friend,

This is being shared on a day that should be the “norm” for every single day “Celebrating Love”. Being Mindful of those we love “daily”.  Love is defined and expressed in so many ways.

In Fact, 
I’ve considered that for some it's just the opposite.  The flow is worrying, 
being weighted about “something” is and has become the norm.



If we are facing a challenge. . . 
When we are facing a challenge

Does our emotion determine the outcome?
Does our emotion change it?
Does our emotion provide an asset or liability to the day before us? 

What emotion sits in the driver's seat and what has it added or subtracted to a new day.

Is not about being Easy

The Work
Is the Exercise
The Choices that we choose in every single Moment
Every Single Moment that we are presented with



Who promised that “tomorrow” will be the same as today?


Who said that Tomorrow will allow us to make it better, or to make changes?
To allow us “Time” to Talk about it, to Work it Out
You can Say “I’m Sorry” or not
You can Say “I Love You” or not
You can decide to decide “what really matters” every single day



I don’t know what happened
I don’t why it happened

But
Confusion 
Frustration
Irritation
​Anger
Will never, never, never change it

Did I say Never?!

For Those Hearts who have traveled a distance
With this Heart

From the Miles Traveled to Present Day
From My Faith
From the Tears, the Laughter, the Change that life has presented to “present day”



From a Heart That Knows

Chooses To Share Every Day in Numerous Ways
“Gratitude Always Robs Regret”

Every Day

It will be Pages Written from many Moments
By the Words
By the Decisions, We Have “Decided” to Make

We can embrace and make the most of each day
Being aware of that
Exercising In That 
Making the Best Choices that We can 


We Choose 
To Make Decisions on What Really Matters
“Every Single Day”


These Words when Exercised
I Promise…
Will decide our Words
Will decide our Actions
Will decide if we add oil to a Fire
Or 
Offer Peaceful Silence



If Nothing Else
We 
Always a Choice


We Travel with Many 
But 
We Will Always 
Be Accountable to One
