Why is the Nest Uncomfortable?!

Before we begin down this road

A Reminder,
This Heart does not provide answers
Sharing a Heart Perspective
And
Like Most
We Share from Our View
From Our Faith
From our Road Traveled
From our Traumas and Triumphs
From Our Experiences and Environment
A Heart Perspective determines in most cases our view

Why is the Nest Uncomfortable?!

Along my journey a Metaphor that often encourages this heart
And offers moments of Intentional Reflection
Is
The Eagle
The Characteristics of the Eagle represent so many things for this heart

Why is the Nest Uncomfortable?!

Life offers moments, and seasons where it can be difficult, uncomfortable
Weighted, including changes without notice, and changes beyond our control.

This Share is to consider what the discomfort represents if anything?!
What can we draw out from these moments, especially impactful, when our consideration is amid those uncomfortable seasons, and uncomfortable moments? In my view, if in the midst of… we can determine, or locate the asset, we can decide the view, our perspective, and for this heart, that is empowering.

My life is my Faith
I can’t separate anything that I do from it
It is not my Intention to be distant or separated from my belief, my truth is vital in how I live, not lived out perfectly or without mistakes, but instead, a belief that my life will close on my faith, so it is important to learn more at least for this heart.

As shared numerous times, we travel with many but we will always be accountable to one.

My Faith has been a shield, a blanket, a covering, a relationship seeking more about God, about my Creator, A God whose love is unmeasurable, and even in pursuit, as much as I’ve learned or have experienced the Grace firsthand, it still does not scratch the surface of so many areas that I don’t know, how deep or how wide does God’s love run is the pursuit.

My faith, my belief, and my past experiences do not keep me from seasons of discomfort, frustrations, or disappointments but allow an opportunity to have Peace Within, especially in the Midst of…

This heart considers my relationship with God whom I can run to “since he created me” and inquire Why, or What is this, admittedly, I don’t always receive an answer in those moments, but the Word does say, it is impossible to please God without Faith, and He does provide Wisdom when we ask, in his timing.

I’m reminded of the quote by Martin Luther King Jr, paraphrased, “Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.”

That Next Step

In the Tears
In the Laughter

Why is the Nest Uncomfortable?!

The correlation in this share, is the Mother Eagle making the Nest uncomfortable for the young eagles and Our Seasons of life that are uncomfortable, and uncertain at times.

When an eagle reaches flying age, the mother eagle will stir up the nest, making it uncomfortable for the young eagles. She uses her talons to pull up the feathers and fur and bring sharp rocks and branches to the surface. The mother eagle will remove soft filler until the nest is just thorns.

As the nest becomes less inviting, the young eagles will move to the edges and try their wings. The mother eagle will still fly beside and underneath them as they mature.

In correlation to our life, “seasons of discomfort”, our situation like the eagle’s nest, business as usual, or daily routines that are no longer comfortable, could move us to newer heights, new experiences, intentional living, and our vision may become clearer to what matters, what are the most important areas of our life.

The mother eagle will still fly beside and underneath the young eagles as they mature.

This represents for this heart, that God is with us in those uncomfortable, uncertain, challenging places, guiding us and with us, and encouraging us as we continue forward and a quiet wisdom that is available to us, when we choose to listen more, seek God more, seeking to build on Peace Within.

Why is the Nest Uncomfortable?
For the young eagles, we learned that discomfort meant it was time to try their wings to fly.

Consider,
Like the Young Eagle’s experiences of an uncomfortable nest, our lives are filled with uncomfortable moments. Challenges and uncertainties are the twigs in our nests. There are tough moments, maybe they offer an opportunity to shape our ability, to strengthen us to soar through the complexities of life.

Maybe these moments that we face can be a catalyst for personal growth, guided by God to allow us to know our Creator more, to learn more, and to thrive in the wide-open skies, to live life with our eyes wide open. Beautiful has a language and there is an opportunity to locate more moments, to choose our Focus, to live intentionally Grateful, to pursue more of what is our belief?!

Not answers, sharing a heart perspective, and inviting you like this heart to be intentional, reflect, and take time to know what Heart Matters in your life. Intentional on making revisions and even the smallest changes, in those areas or areas that no longer serve or bring comfort. What Heart Matters for you in this season?

There are some questions that we have to consider and answer individually and to pursue more of what brings us Peace “even in the midst of”
