It is easy to find the conversations, the posts, the opinions that people can't be happy, be positive all the time. 

From this Heart's View 
It really is not about "all of the time" of anything, it is living "intentionally balanced"
It is making the choices that matter

What's new, we all have issues, challenges, things that we are thinking about, working through and from my view, that will always be a part of the journey. Some seasons more of than others. 

The Balance is to do what we can do
Who decided that complaining, being negative has to be our Focus
Who determined that it can't be Celebration even with tears 
Laughter while walking through the weeds and muddy places along the journey

We are provided the same amount of hours within a day
The same minutes
The same seconds that will continue to Tick Away

This share is a reminder for this heart, for you, for any and everyone that we can
"do a little more"

We can choose our Focus
We can add in our day those things that Encourage
And Make Us Smile
Anything and everything that can deliver a breath of fresh air
We all can Do a Little Bit More

What is your Spark?!

What lights up your heart with sparkle, and energy and fills moments with joy?!

What is your Spark?!

The question can be simple and spending endless hours figuring it out is not necessary.

The fun is the exploration and the answer is usually obvious but easily overlooked. 

A Spark in most cases is the little or larger things you do naturally, you don’t even consider them as being your sparkle because they embody you, it is those things that you naturally do, joyful endless hours doing. 

This question is poised, for you to Pause and to Consider the answer. 

It could be those things you do, or are engaged in that creates the sparkle. 

This share is to encourage you “to know” what those sparkles are and to intentionally become more attached to, more engaged in, and to incorporate them into your flow daily. 

Intentional living, not drifting, not always living defensive, not always focused on all that is wrong in the world, in your life, and constant conversation on what is missing, who wronged you, and or locked you into frustration. 

What if instead days can be filled with more of what is right, the challenging issues, we will work through because we have to, but no longer choose to be hindered by, frustrated by, or allow it to rob us of the precious fleeting commodity called Time? Not one more hour, not one more day, living more alert to we are not promised tomorrow, we have right now, we have this day and how we spend it matters. 

Change or do what we can this day, and then ask what can I do with the rest, what really heart matters.

Living intentionally alert to active actions and words that light up the heart, and bring joyful energy to whatever space you and I occupy. 

Living Intentional, not waiting on moments to happen but living and creating them wherever “we are right now”

If not now then “when”

Consider, how many days have already been spent, been spent, we will not get one hour back.

The exercise in this is to be intentional, to be alert to, aware of, and to do more of what brings the spark, what is joyful, and what heart matters.

Dear Friend, Villager, this is one of my sparkles sharing words, images, writing, creating those things that intentionally dust off the weighted places in our lives, standing on Faith, engaging in a gift called a New Day, and becoming more, and more alert to “what heart matters”
