This heart awakened to the thought this day about how tragic moments, challenging moments, the journey of those hearts who are currently walking through concerns or circumstances that bear weight on the hopeful road ahead, that robs joy for the present-day gifted. That offers the agenda of anxiety or thoughts of defeat, all of which are out to Rob the gift called this day.

I don’t know if you’ve had the opportunity to see a Sun Rise, the Sunset, or maybe both…It is such a beautiful experience. For this Heart, it embodies that Beautiful is a Language; from just this alone, it speaks volumes of what a New Day offers as it begins and as it comes to a close.

In considering the road heart traveled to the present day…
The tearful moments, tragic moments, and disappointing or challenging seasons in many ways allowed this heart to see the Sun Rising, to appreciate the Sunsetting, and recognize all that encompasses a new day. All that is offered as an opportunity to love on those who surround this heart’s life and the privilege to offer a smile to the hearts of strangers by sharing the heart, sharing images, words, audio, video, by just a passing smile along the road traveled in the marketplace, offering peaceful moments. Being mindful, where patience is needed, offering no judgment zones, for this heart, is fulfilling for reasons of my own and is a gift to the heart who receives it as a potential Gratitude seed that offers an opportunity to grow within, an opportunity for the heart who receives and then chooses to pass it forward. This is Making Gratitude Contagious, this exercise offers personal fulfillment, this work allows potential seeds to grow and to share. Thank you to the hearts who have traveled a distance now with this heart, who together we live daily “infecting” as many hearts with Gratitude as possible.

Reflecting that maybe the smile to a stranger offers more than the heart that gives it away will ever know. Grateful to be Grateful offers gifts to the hearts of others.
This heart sees… The faces of other hearts, some that have joyful smiles, embody laughter and joy. This heart sees… The troubled faces, the concerns and worries that show up on the face, and or are shared by the words spoken allowing the heart to vocalize with other hearts, releasing the stress of what is trying to remain hidden within.

This share is why living Grateful, and exercising Gratitude daily is vital, for this heart embraces allowing the heart to reflect on the road behind, to consider the hopeful road ahead and that includes the priceless treasure of being alert, being aware of this New Day gifted and being alert to what that means.
This Gratitude Awareness is not just pretty words being shared. This heart knows “firsthand” that Gratitude Robs Regret and living and exercising in that allowed after the healing from painful places not to be left with Regret.

Exercising Gratitude
Allows every moment that is offered, a heart opportunity that allows a choice, a decision, to operate from love, from a peaceful place. Gratitude is empowering This heart is not sharing Easy And Chooses not to focus on being hard This heart has found fulfillment in bringing awareness In reminding Your Heart that nothing remains the same No matter where you reside, the season, the mountaintop, it is not a moment you can lock down, that you can possess, that you can repeat. No one promised Us that tomorrow will look the same as Today Words that for this Heart Matters Consider, When we string moments daily of living Grateful It changes our conversation It allows laughter to flow throughout It welcomes Gratitude as the salutation Hugs become the norm "Love You" become warm words as a departure in any given moment
