 A reporter reached out to me and stated that he had an article that he had written and he felt that my husband’s life could have been prevented because of the information that he had. This 17-year-old predator, I knew had history because of the court proceedings and that he had even spent time in the juvenile system for Craigslist Crimes (details in the prior post BELOW) but now I’ve learned that he was suspect in the killing of another man on April 24, 2015, in fact he was 16 years old at the time. The police had identified this killer and the police submitted a warrant review request to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office on April 12, 2016, nearly five months before he murdered, my husband Todd Terry. 5 months before the killing of my husband, 5 months before, he could have been arrested by a warrant being issued, yet in the midst of files and paperwork,
he remained on the street.
