Reflection Exercise: "The Word Change"

Recommendation: Use a journal, a notebook, an app, anything that allows "you" to be brutally honest with your answers. Being honest from your heart, the truth that you walk in, even if means after answering questions, you throw it away or delete them.  

These reflections, questions, quotes, whatever flows here, are not about being "easy or not".  It is about deciding, choosing what you want your day to look like, and taking the necessary steps to achieve that, "exercising daily" centered on Gratitude and Peace Within.  No One Said Easy, an exercise. 

There is always more we all can do, exercising more in what we want and less in what we don't want any longer to "monopolize" our day, each day is truly a gift to not so easily take for granted.  Always a choice.

Reflection Exercise: The Word "Change"

The Focus for this exercise is to Reflect on your journey. 
  • What brings anxiety to your day?
  • How much of your focus is taken by it? 
  • What are you losing by allowing 'it" to occupy within a day? 
  • What changes can be made to allow your time back?
  • What things can you do or commit to daily to remove the anxiety? 
  • What would you describe as a peaceful day? 
  • From that thought, what can you include to achieve that peace "daily"?
