This Day, September 7th, starting this year "2019", will be for me a day of remembrance for Every Single Loved One who has transitioned before me. Transitioned because as a Christian, I have hope beyond a Grave.
Whatever your belief, in this Camp, in this Tribe, our common core is "Love Always Wins"
Your welcomed to join in, to Share in remembrance of Your Loved One on this dedicated day, of course we carry them in our hearts daily but this is a day dedicated in the name of an Eagle, Todd Eric Terry, for me, for my sons, this is my way of Making Pain Pay Dividends in this endeavor, this day will include sharing the names and celebrating our loved ones,
in our own special way.

For many people within my Family, Circle of Friends this is a very Hard Day, in fact it brings mixed emotions. Anger, Sadness, Remembrance of a Tragic Moment, in some cases folks actually distance themselves, no mention, no remembrance, as if it the day doesn’t even exist.
I understand First Hand Why, but I decided in 2016 to Confront my Emotions, to Punch back at the Evil that kicked down my door, that disrupted my home, that disrupted my life in an instant.
I decided to Make Pain Pay Dividends by not residing in Why Me but Choosing to Do something with it. Choosing to take my Emotions, My Pain, My Anger, and go to work. Even though the choice was made, I was wounded and I needed time to Heal, my heart now is Tattooed forever, but now my Eagle Wings are Healed and I’m soaring above Storm Clouds, by the Grace and Wisdom of God. I Identify with the traits of an Eagle because as an Eagle, I recognize Storms come, not if but when they do, that we can use the wind to rise above the storm. This storm was a Tsunami, in many ways I never imagined that this type of storm with such gravity would and could hit my home. This storm delivered High Winds, arrived with such damage that it knocked me down, it required more time to heal and again I never could have imagined that one with such capacity could be apart of my Journey.

My Why, is many reasons but it starts with my Sons, who were robbed of someone who was precious to their lives, an Eagle, their Father, their Dad. It is imperative that they know Flowers can Grow out of Ashes, it’s not an option, and now it is the continued work, it’s the fire that burns inside my heart. It is my Why.
I’m Thankful for the Many who have and continue to Pray for me, pray for my sons, including my own Prayers along this journey it is God’s Grace, it is my strength that allows me to walk this path. It is not just about what happened, it is what can I do now with it?! I’ve learned that my Healing Ointment is found when I Encourage others, it actually multiplies and returns and Encourages me, My work, my part, my fire now goes beyond the walls of just my home, I want anyone who is Wounded, who is lost in a dark room, who has experienced an injustice, or living in a Painful place, to know they are not alone and they are welcomed here at Helping Build Bridges Across to be Encouraged, to be Inspired, to share thoughts without judgment, we may not all share the same thoughts but we can have a conversation without Anger, without Judgment and Love is always the Foundation because Love Always wins. Love allows us to Listen, Love allows us to hear the Voice of someone else.
Helping Build Bridges Across is a community, a place to be at, as long as you choose to, for some to visit every now and then, it’s a place for those who are wounded, a place to heal, to regroup until you are ready to Fly on your own, to operate in Your Why or a Place to share with others. It’s a space that, if you are angry it allows you time, while you decide what to do with that energy.
This Goes beyond my Sandbox now which started Online in 2014, at the time is was a personal fulfillment, just the Hobby of sharing with others via a Blog and or Audio, with the intent to feed into the next generation. Sharing Positivity, Lessons Learned, thoughts to consider, etc

It is imperative to me that September 7th is not just about the Craigslist Predator, the 17 year old murderer who shot my Husband in the Back with a Military Assault Rifle, it is not just about the injustice of the System that allowed this Predator to be on the street with charges pending for other crimes, that allowance provided him with an opportunity for attempted murder two days prior to my husband and then including the day that included my husband, not to mention the damage that he may have done that is unknown.

You learn firsthand the broken justice system, a system that is protected and hides behind the shadow of protected governmental immunity, protected by those who want to remain politically connected by remaining in the shadows, not willing to represent or go against the injustice of the present system. This work includes the condition of how Predators and Zombies (those who exist with no heart, no love) walk so freely and in there own Pain choosing to be destructive, choosing to destroy lives by making a choice, no concern about the consequence. There is work there, because a baby is not born a predator, so what happened, what is the root cause, what is the environment, how many systems failed this Present Day Murderer, Predator that once was a child. How many systems failed him, including the juvenile system that he served time in, for me this Predator is just a Face that represents numerous Predators, who walk amongst every single day. It’s not enough to be Angry about what he did, that doesn’t change my circumstance, for me the work, is bringing light to dark spaces, to finding and pulling the root, the weeds of why a child becomes a predator because unless that is known, there will be continuous stories of Predators and Zombies in every and any community. I can talk freely about this work because my husband, Todd Terry An Eagle had a heart for youth, he believed in speaking into the lives of young souls, so this is a work that is personal and he didn't believe in branding someone who made mistakes, he believed there was a root cause, knowing and stating that evil exists, young or old with no soul, no heart, no concern for others but I often added to this conversation, What is the Root Cause? To know Bad Things, Tragic Things happens is not enough, the work is in pulling the weeds because my sons have to live in a world with predators, so the work is not done by the injustice of one face locked behind bars, one moment cannot and will not distract me from the work.

That is a mix that will be blended in this community but September 7th will be a day of remembrance by Maximizing Gratitude. This will be a day that everyone, everywhere will practice Gratitude to a New Level, they will bring Awareness to this Community in Maximize Fashion and will Share in this Exercise by Direct Support of this Community starting now, two weeks of intensified awareness and support, including leading up to the day of September 7th, a Support, all by Answering My Eagle Call.

A Special Mention, my dear friend who I knew for many years, Dawn Denise Poydras, a woman of Faith, a beautiful woman not just on the obvious outside but on the inside, bundled with dreams and aspirations to do great works, a barrel of energy, also died a different year on September 7th of Breast Cancer. She was a dear friend, a sister, transitioning at 41 years old, leaving behind 5 beautiful children who adored her and continue to do so present day. She is on my heart and a part of the reason for Maximizing, Making Gratitude Contagious dedicating this work to September 7th.
When you join with me in Making Gratitude Contagious, know that we are planting seeds that will grow, we are robbing the Thief named Regret. Your Participation is appreciated, "You" are apart of this Community.
