What’s the Worst that Can Happen?

This question has been a great help to this Heart and it has become a staple on my journey. Most often used for major decisions and in some cases in Moments
that try to get my focus off course. 

Two questions fit into my Mode of Thinking; 

What’s the Worst that Can Happen?

And

Can I Live with That?

The process is not always easy, and the work, the exercise is to become more disciplined with my Emotions. Disciplined by being Alert to my Triggers, and not reacting
quickly with my response with words or actions. 

The exercise is Daily and it is not a given, it requires an intentional Pause to work through my Thought Process and to Consider my Intent
and or
My Involvement in a Given Situation. 

Before this could even be posted,
I was put to the test about Triggers, and this was not the first time, but I had to Pause.

Pausing is my way of just being Silent,
A Peaceful Silence while taking time
